Returns & Exchanges

At Halo’s London, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original Halo’s London tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
